Job Responsibilities: 1. On-site equipment installation, debugging, maintenance, and acceptance work; 2. On-site training for customers; 3. Changes and upgrades of equipment software and hardware; 4. Collection and feedback of issues during the use of client-side equipment; 5. Analysis and handling of testing anomalies; 6. Possess certain development capabilities to help customers solve development issues and provide solutions; 7. Maintain good communication with equipment engineers and testing engineers, and track the mass production status of products. Job Requirements: 1. Graduated in Computer Science, Communication, Electronic Engineering, Automation, or related fields, with at least an associate degree; 2. Familiar with computer system architecture and software/hardware testing techniques; 3. Familiar with the installation, configuration, and testing procedures of system software and application software; 4. Familiar with one type of ATE programming; 5. Familiar with C language programming; 6. Familiar with one type of PCB drawing software; 7. Possess good communication skills and strong execution ability.
